Description
The FTM202-L high-speed lens placement machine is designed for efficient LED lens placement, featuring a dual-head dual-zone mode with a speed of 34,000 CPH, leading the industry. Each nozzle is equipped with an independent 1.3MP flying vision camera for high-precision correction, while the placement heads can independently adjust rotation angles to enhance efficiency. The machine supports round, triangular, and 9mm-16.5mm lenses, and its electric feeder base accommodates lenses, standard components, and LED beads. With dual 6-nozzle high-speed placement heads and efficient six-channel vibratory feeders, it ensures stable material supply and broad compatibility. It supports 1200mm long boards and features a user-friendly interface, making it ideal for LED lenses, 3C accessories, and more.
