On January 14, 2020, Guangdong Moje (MOJE) Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. held its 2019 Annual Summary and Awards Ceremony at its headquarters in Guangzhou. The event was themed “Moje Intelligence for the World, Creating the Future with Smart Technology.”
The meeting was attended by the heads of Moje Group’s four major business centers, department directors, managers, and all employees.
The event commenced with reports from the heads of each business center, summarizing their departments’ achievements in 2019 and outlining their plans for 2020.
After listening to these reports, Chairman Wu Zhida presented the company’s annual summary and future plans to all employees.
He highlighted the impressive achievements of 2019, noting the comprehensive upgrade of the R&D team’s new system. The new system for lens pick-and-place machines is already in use, and the testing of the standard machine’s new system is nearly complete. On the marketing front, sales volumes increased by more than 80% compared to the previous year. Looking ahead, the non-standard pick-and-place project will become a key focus for future development, given its vast market potential.
Chairman Wu also addressed some of the challenges encountered in 2019, providing guidance on how to overcome them. He emphasized that while the company’s accomplishments are commendable, there are still areas for improvement. He encouraged Moje to learn from other companies, adopting advanced management philosophies. Specifically, he mentioned the importance of solidifying, educating, and optimizing management practices as exemplified by Huawei, and improving service awareness akin to Haidilao. Strengthening management, service capabilities, and corporate culture are crucial steps for Moje to become a mission-driven, culturally robust national enterprise.
During the ceremony, a group of outstanding employees who demonstrated exceptional dedication and contributions to the company in 2019 were recognized and honored.
In his closing remarks, Chairman Wu expressed his optimism for 2020. He stressed that with confidence, a deep understanding of root problems, and a focused approach to resolving issues, Moje will continue to advance and grow stronger.
