This event was organized by the promoting body for the Guangdong-Guangzhou-Shenzhen-Foshan-Dongguan Intelligent Equipment Industry Cluster, a national advanced manufacturing cluster.

 

The event aimed to thoroughly implement the nation’s requirements for promoting industrial clusters, gathering resources from upstream, midstream, and downstream enterprises within the equipment manufacturing industry. It also aimed to showcase and widely promote the achievements of the Guangdong-Guangzhou-Shenzhen-Foshan-Dongguan Intelligent Equipment Industry Cluster, to advance the promotion and application of major technological equipment, and to ensure precise supply and demand matching within the industry, thereby solidifying the brand image of the “Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Intelligent Equipment Industry Cluster.”

Moje SMT Machines Deeply Integrated into the Guangdong-Guangzhou-Shenzhen-Foshan-Dongguan Intelligent Equipment Industry Cluster

The Guangdong-Guangzhou-Shenzhen-Foshan-Dongguan Intelligent Equipment Industry Cluster encompasses high-end equipment manufacturing, intelligent robotics, precision instrumentation, and laser & additive manufacturing—key sectors within Guangdong’s “Top Ten” industry clusters. This cluster supports Guangdong’s 14-trillion-yuan industrial production system and promotes the development of fundamental core industries within the context of the new domestic and international dual circulation framework.

As a representative of domestic multi-functional intelligent SMT machines, Moje introduced its latest high-speed, high-precision SMT machine, which made a successful debut at the conference and exhibition. The machine’s stable and high-speed operation at the event attracted significant attention from provincial and municipal leaders, industry cluster leaders, and the media. Moje’s Vice Presidents, Winnie and Deng Guohui, showcased the company’s capabilities in independent innovation and core technologies to the attending leaders. Specialized Intelligent Manufacturing Equipment as a Focus for Guangdong’s Industry Cluster Development

Xu Xianming, a senior engineer and member of the National Manufacturing Power Construction Strategic Advisory Committee, as well as Deputy Director of the National Industrial Foundation Expert Committee, congratulated the Guangdong-Guangzhou-Shenzhen-Foshan-Dongguan Intelligent Equipment Industry Cluster on being selected as part of the national advanced manufacturing clusters. He also expressed hopes for its future: “Across the country, efforts are being made to create world-class industrial clusters. Although the Guangdong Intelligent Equipment Industry Cluster has been included in the national advanced manufacturing clusters, it still needs to significantly enhance its ability to support the development of the region’s leading industries, such as Guangdong’s new generation information technology industry. While the communication equipment sector (including mobile phones) is highly developed, the specialized manufacturing equipment required to support this industry has not reached the same level. Therefore, specialized intelligent manufacturing equipment should be a key focus of development.”

Digitalization, Localization, and Cluster Development of Equipment as the Main Focus of Intelligent Manufacturing

Chen Xin, Party Secretary and President of Guangdong University of Technology, and Director of the National Key Laboratory of Precision Electronic Manufacturing Technology and Equipment, delivered a keynote speech on “Digitalization of Equipment and Industry 4.0.” He highlighted that the digital and intelligent transformation of equipment is the main battleground for the deep integration of new-generation information technology and manufacturing technology and is the main focus of intelligent manufacturing. During the sharing session, Moje’s Vice President Winnie engaged in a discussion with Professor Chen Xin on “How Equipment Can Quickly Achieve Localization.” Professor Chen noted that localization of equipment is the trend of future development, and we must face challenges head-on to improve the reliability and stability of equipment. Once these challenges are addressed, localization will flourish, and domestic brands will become strong competitors.

In the Guangdong Major Technical Equipment Exhibition Area, Moje Vice President Deng Guohui gave an interview to Guangdong Radio and Television, where he introduced the core technologies of Moje SMT machines and the journey of their localization. He also showcased the company’s latest high-speed, high-precision SMT machine, which currently achieves speeds of up to 35,000 components per hour with a placement accuracy of ±0.035mm, a performance level that meets international advanced standards.

This event was one of the public service activities of the Guangdong-Guangzhou-Shenzhen-Foshan-Dongguan Intelligent Equipment Industry Cluster. As one of the first national advanced manufacturing clusters in China, this cluster is a key initiative for Guangdong Province, aimed at gathering resources to build a trillion-yuan, world-class intelligent equipment industry cluster across Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Foshan, and Dongguan. The cluster’s development goals include breaking through key bottlenecks in critical components and core technologies, cultivating hundreds of single-champion and specialized, innovative “Little Giant” enterprises, and becoming one of the global sources of major technological innovations in intelligent equipment.

Guangdong Moje Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd., as a provider specializing in the R&D and manufacturing of SMT machines and full-line solutions, has overcome many key technical challenges that have hindered the development of SMT machines in China.
