During the visit, distributors were also given a preview of MOJE’s upcoming H810 model, a multifunctional pick-and-place machine equipped with cutting-edge technologies such as “dual magnetic levitation motors,” “dual-arm 20 heads,” a “40,000 CPH real placement speed,” and the ability to place components as small as 0201, showcasing several industry-leading domestic innovations.
By the end of the morning tour, the distributors were thoroughly impressed with the precision mechanical design of the MOJE machines, the high-quality components sourced from top international brands, and the company’s self-developed high-speed motion control technologies. Their confidence in the Moje brand was visibly strengthened.
In the afternoon, the distributors traveled to Moje’s Guangzhou headquarters to participate in a product training course led by the general manager. This session provided the distributors with a deeper understanding of the company’s current development stage, market outlook, distribution policies, and the future prospects of Moje’s pick-and-place machines.

After listening to the general manager’s detailed analysis of the company’s products, the domestic and international pick-and-place machine market, and the strategic direction supported by MOJE’s existing technological advantages and future R&D investments, the distributors unanimously endorsed the development strategy aimed at positioning Moje’s pick-and-place machines as a leading global brand within the next decade.
The day concluded with a discussion between the distributors and Moje’s general manager and business staff, focusing on the specifics of the company’s distribution policies, procedures, and sales techniques. The general manager also shared his wealth of experience in sales, emphasizing key strategies such as “knowing your product, setting clear goals, adopting the right sales philosophy, and selling yourself.”

Looking ahead, there is strong optimism that Moje will expand its sales channels significantly, allowing a broader audience to discover the company’s innovative products.
